Bring the required documents in school, and submit these to the office for validation.
Choose the mode of payment for the tuition fee.

Note: For Cash Basis Plan A, fill in the Form 1 and Form 3 only. For Installment Plan B and Plan C, fill in the Form 1, Form 2, and Form 3.
Submit the forms for checking, then pay the amount to the Accounting Office.
Scan the required documents and submit them at enrollment@fulbright.edu.ph with subject heading as ENROLLMENT APPLICATION SY 2021-2022.
Wait within 1-2 days for the validation of your submitted documents. Then, you shall receive the enrollment forms via email. Choose also your mode of payment for the tuition fee.
